Rhonda Ramos, CPP Payroll Professional of the Year 2025

We are very pleased to announce that Rhonda Ramos, CPP, our Chapter President, was named the 2025 Ohio Payroll Professional of the Year at the Ohio Conference for Payroll Professionals (OCPP) conference which was held last week in Newark, Ohio.

Each year the OCPP committee solicits each of the Ohio local payroll chapters for their nominee for this prestigious award. The nomination forms are then scrubbed of any identifying information and submitted to a panel of judges who are all previous Payroll Men and Women of the Year at the national level and who all worked in Ohio.

The judges review each nominee only known by number (no names or chapter affiliation are shared) and then cast their vote for the person whom they feel most exemplifies the qualities of being deserving of this honor. The winner is then announced at the annual statewide conference and presented with a trophy and acknowledged by their peers.

Rhonda’s commitment to the payroll profession is commendable and we are so proud to consider her a friend and colleague.
